1. Call to Order at 12:11pm via Zoom

2. Attendance: Carolin Latimer, Christie King & Saffron Quist

3. Motion to vote for a new Board Secretary: Saffron Quist

   1. Motion second: Carolin Latimer

4. Nominate Lauren Drake for new Board Secretary: Christie King

   1. Nomination second: Saffron Quist

5. VOTE:

   1. All in favour: Carolin Latimer, Christie King & Saffron Quist

   2. No one opposed.

   3. Be it resolved by majority vote that Lauren Drake be a new member of the Vernon Montessori Society’s Board as Secretary (replacing Andrea Howson) effective immediately.
